Troyer Policies

Custom Made Parts:

Custom made products are non-refundable unless the part is defective. It is up to the customer to furnish us with a detailed description, picture, or a print of component to be made. We get the part into our production schedule as soon as the part is ordered. If it has to be plated of chromed, please allow minimum 21 days. Custom parts must be paid for prior to production and shipping and plating costs are charged at the time the parts are shipped.50% deposit required at time of placing order.

Sales Tax:

Sales Tax will be collected on all sales with NYS residents. Any exemption from paying sales tax requires a completed NYS form.

Payment Handling:

Your invoice and credit card receipt are handled two ways. First it is emailed to you the day the parts are shipped or put in the box that is being shipped. If you have a preference, please inform us at the time of placing your order. Second, your credit card is charged prior to your parts being shipped.

*All credit card numbers are shredded after shipment*

Parts Shipping Time:

Orders received by 1pm EST are shipped the same day. After that, they are shipped the next day. Orders are sent by a way of UPS ground shipping unless specific instructions to expedite the order. We are also able to furnish you with a tracking number upon request. We also use USPS in the rare case that UPS doesn’t ship to a specific location.

Shipping Price:

What determines the cost of shipping is the dimension (or size) and the weight and shipping location. In most cases its more cost effective to ship to a business address than a residence.

Shipping Discrepancies:

Parts ordered but not received is for 3 reasons: First, the part has been back ordered. Next, Our mistake, maybe overlooked or put in another box. Lastly, the package is damaged by the shipping company. When package arrives please check the package for damages. Please notify us as soon as possible if there is a problem. We want this to be resolved quickly.
